This is a creative, experimental, experiential space
which holds benefits of a philosophical retreat,
creative school + one-on-one coaching support
Creative Explorations studio was set up in 2020 by Cat Orloff to help foster a friendly, creative community and bring hope during the pandemic.
Together, we look at your life + your creative process simultaneously, to help build up on your strengths and eliminate creative blocks, negative thinking and life obstacles on the way to creative prosperity. The studio welcomes everyone who is, or wants to be, creative in their decisions and in their lives.
Lead by Cat Orloff (Getty Images, MSNBC, Wireimage, Paramount, AppleTV, NBA, AP, CBS, HBO), photography and video consultant, creativity guide, personal growth coach.

What Is Creativity Coaching?
Creativity coaching is a journey of self-discovery and joy. If you have a project you want to be working on, something you want to do, but feel reluctant to start or continue, coaching will help you organize both your time and ideas, receive accountability, inspiration and support. The goal is to help you complete your dream project - and keep moving forward with ease and curiosity.
Creativity guidance also helps gaining a new, happier view of life, especially if you are facing some kind of life transition.
Creativity Coaching Association
Creative Explorations are based on the Creativity Coaching Association (CCA) platform, inspired by an amazing teacher and creativity leader Dr. Eric Maisel. In addition, I bring in my own professional creative experience, making the concept my own in a unique, refreshing way.
Why would I need coaching?
It's almost like self-care: you want to stay in shape. Many may benefit from just one or two sessions, others like to check-in monthly or weekly: everyone is at their own pace, no pressure here. One of the reasons may be that you want to talk your projects step-by-step with someone who is not a family ( they listen, but can they advise?) or a colleague (they can advise but would you want them to?) or maybe you want to simply gain extra confidence or discover something new.
But I am not a creative person, can I attend?
Absolutely! The classes are not intended for professionals only. I teach acting skills to non-actors, photography skills to non-photographers and public speaking to introverts. We will add philosophy, art history, mythology and energy work to the mix to make it more interesting and boost imagination and self-reliance. It is like a breath of air: you don't have to be an artist to experience personal transformation or unlock your creative potential.
